Martín Esteverena is president and managing director of Del Mar Equity Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate investment firm that provides its limited partners with unparalleled access to value-added opportunities nationwide. He participates in all acquisitions and provides oversight for daily operations.

Prior to co-founding DMEP, Martín was a managing partner in Manhattan Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family properties. During his five-year tenure, he led the successful redevelopment of the firm’s portfolio. 

In his previous position as vice president at 12 Entrepreneuring, a private equity firm providing strategic capital to information technology companies, Martín assisted in investment management and developed the leadership teams of three companies. Earlier in his career, Martín co-founded the Customer Experience business unit of Scient Corporation, an Internet consulting firm, and led the delivery of the firm’s largest client projects.

Martín Esteverena is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a B.S. degree in biology from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
