Jason Beach joined Del Mar Equity Partners, Inc. in 2007 as Director. He is responsible for sourcing stabilized retail property acquisition opportunities. He brings ten years of real estate acquisitions and management experience to the firm.

Before joining Del Mar Equity Partners, Jason was a principle at ATC Partners, a Northern Calfornia real estate investment firm that acquires commercial properties in California and the Pacific Northwest. During Mr. Beach’s tenure at ATC, his responsibilities included acquisitions, leasing, property management and construction management. Jason began his real estate career for a Los Angeles based retail developer.

Jason earned a B.A. from the University of Hawaii and is a California licensed real estate broker.
