Gregory Harris is co-founder, principal and managing director of Del Mar Equity Partners and participates in all acquisitions. He is also the founder of The Harris Group of Marcus & Millichap, a multifamily commercial brokerage company. Since 2004, Greg’s group has sold properties with an aggregate value over $2 billion. For eight years, Greg has been ranked as one of Marcus & Millichap’s Top Five Brokers.

In addition to six consecutive years as a member of the prestigious Chairman’s Circle of Excellence, he adds eleven years of National Achievement and Sales Achievement Awards. In 2007, Greg was awarded Real Estate Southern California Magazine’s prestigious Top Broker’s Award for the eighth consecutive year. He is a Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap National Multi Housing Group. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from UCLA.
